This US $ 177.42 million premium project involves the design and construction of single and double stories conventional building with RCC framed structure. The scope of work also comprises of building a thermally insulated double hollow block external walls, 20 cm thick internal walls, 10 cm thick partition walls, floor / roof slabs with cement concrete hollow blocks with 5 cm RCC topping and Roof treatment with thermal insulation as per local norms.
